Fox Human Capital is helping a major Oil & Gas company find a Legal Counsel to work in Rio de Janeiro.
Responsibilities:
:: Draft, review and maintain contracts and corporate documents;
:: Legal research and brazilian law analysis, including corporate, oil and gas and others;
:: Assisting with E&P project legal affairs;
:: contact with law firms;
Requirements:
:: Law degree;
:: Brazil bar examination (OAB);
:: Specific knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry (3-5 years);
:: Fluent legal (writing and speaking) english;
:: Flexibility to work with different cultures.
